Congratulations to 2021 Wheeling Park High School graduate Graceylyn Hanna who will further her education and pursue athletics at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah!!!
Hanna, a standout student at Park and West Virginia Girls Soccer Player of the Year on the 2020 State Champion Patriot team, will take part in the college’s Outdoor Education program, and she will be a member of the Westminster Griffins women’s soccer team.
Hanna will be the first West Virginia resident to attend Westminster College which was founded in 1875. She said she is excited to take part in the outdoor education program that takes an immersion experiential learning 75-day field trip that includes hiking, climbing, and kayaking from Wyoming back to Utah. As a member of the Griffins soccer team, she will be a part of an athletic program that competes in Idaho, Hawaii, New Mexico, Colorado, and other places.
