In Ohio County Schools, we love a good #alumnispotlight! Meet Jarrett.
Jarrett attended both Warwood Elementary School and Warwood Middle School and is a 2017 graduate of Wheeling Park High School.
In his time at WPHS, Jarrett played baseball all 4 years.
“The biggest thing that OCS prepared me for in the world that we live in today is making connections and building relationships with as many people as possible no matter who they are. I always enjoyed walking the halls and just saying “Hi!” to whomever it may be. By my senior year, I'm pretty sure I knew almost every staff member and student at Wheeling Park, which was very important to me and has helped me to get to where I am today!”
And today? “After graduating from Wheeling Park, I went to West Liberty University where I also played baseball and graduated with my masters degree in business administration. Today, I am going on my 3rd season working for the Pittsburgh Pirates in In-Game Entertainment. I also am part of WKKX The Watchdog Radio Network here in Wheeling with The Pine Room Studios.”
