It was a special night at the OCS BOE meeting!
Some key highlights: Mrs. Trio, current Madison Elementary School principal, will be heading to Central Office as the Director of Student Services as Mrs. McLeod will transition to Attendance Director in early July! We are very excited! Mrs. Trio has done amazing things for Madison Elementary, and we can't wait to see her lead student services.
We also had the privilege of seeing several of Wheeling Middle School's Steel Drum group. Under the direction of Ms. Filben, this group was selected for WVMEA's X-Ensemble. A prestigious honor, they'll perform in March in Charleston!
Sheryl Burris is retiring as a paraprofessional. She has been with OCS for 10 years.
