Steenrod Elementary School is in Charleston, WV receiving recognition as a WV Blue Ribbon School.
At the end of last year, SES was nominated for the highly sought after National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. Unfortunately, the program was discontinued this year after SES did a significant amount of work for their nomination.
Thankfully, the West Virginia Department of Education has taken this moment to recognize both SES and Neale Elementary from Wood County for the nominations.
We are so incredibly proud of Steenrod. This is a beyond deserving recognition.
