Ohio County Schools said thank you to 27 retiring employees who were recognized for 613.5 collective years of valuable service to the school system at Monday’s Ohio County Board of Education meeting.

Superintendent Kimberly Miller welcomed retiring teachers and service personnel members to the meeting, and she thanked them for their many years of service and their efforts to offer the best education possible to the children of Ohio County.

“We are proud of their dedication and hard work on behalf of the wonderful students of Ohio County Schools,” Miller said. “They are true professionals with many years of committed service. Each and every one of them will be truly missed in all of their schools.”
