The #ArtsinOCS are extending a unique opportunity to partner with a well known collegiate orchestral program and various neighboring county and state school orchestral programs.
This Thursday, September 24th, Wheeling Park High School, will host guest conductor, Dr. Jeffrey Tedford, from Grove City College in PA in addition to 73 students from Cameron, John Marshall High School, and Steubenville High School.
Orchestra Curriculum Coordinator, Ms. Laura Grube, elaborates:
“We are really excited to grow the event this year. There will be nearly 75 students attending. This is a great opportunity for students to work collaboratively to create something beautiful.”
The concert is scheduled for 9/24 at 6:00 at the JB Chambers Performing Arts Center and is open to the general public.
