This is a reminder that the City of Wheeling's disaster assistance will be ending soon. The last date to apply in person is Sept. 19 and online is Sept. 22. Please call 1-800-621-3362 to apply and get answers to your questions.

All previous votes were deleted, so please feel free to vote again. We ask for student ID numbers only to ensure families are not voting twice. We do not cross reference numbers with names; we simply remove any duplicates before tallying votes. The ballot now closes on Monday, Sept. 15.

We are in need of one Parent Representative to our Local School Improvement Council. If interested, please email Mrs. Dailer by Friday, September 5. If there are multiple parents interested, we will hold an election.

SENIOR SUNRISE!!!
Looking forward to having some fun with our Class of 2026 tomorrow morning.
Senior Sunrise is a great tradition that allows our Seniors to visit, enjoy some food and start their year off with their friends.
Be sure to bring a white t-shirt to tie and be prepared for our first Park Pit - PARK PRIDE Night!

We are so excited to host all of our new students on Thursday evening from 4 to 7 p.m. with our Party on the Plaza. We ask that families with the last name A – L try to come between 4 and 5:30 and families with the last name M – Z come from 5:30 – 7. Please enter at the Main Entrance. You’ll receive a map and tickets for food and t-shirts. We’ll have supply giveaways throughout the building, students schedules printed and freshmen mentors available to help with tours. Please bring your signed Chromebook Agreement (it’s in the mailer we sent out) to get your Chromebook. And lastly, please make an effort to attend my Principal’s Message in the Gym. I’ll do a session at 5 and again at 6:30. It’ll be a brief but informative welcome to Wheeling Park High School.

Our Athletic Director will be available this Wednesday from 6:15 to 7:15 in our Main Entrance for any parent or guardian interested in reviewing our required Emergency Action Plans for sports and activities. These can also be viewed on our website.

Fall Sports start on Monday, August 4th. If you're interested, please see location and time information below.
You will need to have an up-to-date physical to participate.

New students will be able to receive their schedule and have help finding their classes with our Freshmen Mentors. We will also be distributing Chromebooks and school supplies. We’ll have food and fun happening on the plaza too.

Wheeling Park had another amazing year in our AP Program. 290 Tests - 167 kids - 24 different tests - and......77% of our students passed their test with a 3 or higher!!
